Phase One of Murrays' Mills approved
Redevelopment plans for the first phase of work on the historic Murrays' Mills complex have received planning permission and Listed Building Consent.

The mill buildings are currently undergoing an comprehensive repair by Ancoats Buildings Preservation Trust. The first phase of redevelopment should begin in October 2006 and will provide 1237 sq m of commercial space as well as 112 apartments including 10 live/work units.

Meanwhile the shell repair of the mill complex is due to be completed in late June 2006.
